Shari Colville is the Center Stage Home Affiliate in the Western Suburbs. After attending a 2-Day HSE training workshop in
2005, she was soon drafted to assist Lori Matzke with workshops in the Twin Cities Metro, as well as handling administrative and customer
service duties in the office.
As a strong home staging advocate, Shari sold her own home for full price within two weeks during the onslaught of the
current buyer's market. She credits her staging skills for the quick turnaround, stressing that staging in this market is not just an
option - "It's a neccessity!" Understanding that homeowner's are reluctant to spend money to invest in a home they are leaving
behind, Shari is a firm believer that a little cash up front is better than a big price reduction down the road. "Most upgrades that
really make or break a sale are usually not that costly to implement. And the benefits of showing buyers a well presented home upfront
outweigh the stress, anxiety, and financial strain of sitting on a home until you are forced into a price reduction or worse."
