Pam Julin comes to Center Stage Home™ with a love for both color and design. She has attended
furnishing and interior design classes, as well as the School of Floral Art in Chicago, Illinois. Being surrounded
by a family of gifted crafters, Pam could not imagine a life without utilizing her creative genes. "I have a
great knack for placing things in an environment proportionately, pleasingly, and aesthetically," she
says adding, "I love color! It excites me as much as an organized living environment."
Pam spent ten years as a partner in a painting business specializing in new construction,
which gave her the opportunity to experiment in custom staining and faux painting. After working with many home
owners over the years, the excitement of the numerous possibilities in the housing market eventually lead her to
obtaining her real estate license. However, she soon found a tug at her heart telling her to get back into
design, full-time. "I found myself horrified by all of the homes that I brought my clients into. Most I would
have walked out of had it not been for my loyalty to my clients. I was amazed at the clutter, junk, and unnecessary
stuff that people become oblivious to on a day to day basis." Pam finds the Home Staging niche a perfect fit for
her talents. "I look at my surroundings and always find myself redesigning everything in my mind!" And she is
